Our new Picture of (Eye) Health series starts with a fascinating image – captured by Hammad Nasti, ophthalmologist at the Al-Kabir Eye Care Center in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India – of a case of tubulointerstitial nephritis and uveitis syndrome (TINU). This rare oculorenal inflammatory condition was first described in 1975 – in a patient with tubulointerstitial nephritis (TIN).
